With a Master’s degree in International Relations earned with honors from Vanderbilt and Texas State University, Charles brings a sophisticated global outlook to every transaction. A private pilot and PADI-certified Open Water Scuba Diver, he combines precision and an adventurous spirit in both his personal and professional life.
